Lost my Mobile Phone

Block IMEI Number and Kindly trace my lost mobile BlackBerry Curve 8520

I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

I lost my mobile phone while attending Marriage Function on March 18 at Nagpada. When i am having my lunch i noticed that the mobile is missing from my pocket. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

Immediately I informed the the Catering staff & Event Management and also to the SIM Services to block the Card which was in my mobile and to issue me a duplicate sim. I Kindly request you to trace and find the mobile. Please block the mobile using the IMEI number mentioned above.

Please treat and resolve this complaint at the earliest possible time and request to take necessary action to get back my mobile. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
