Problems in blackberry

Im frustated after taking this product i purchased it jus 20 days back and since then im visiting the service center. The problem with my hand set is sometimes the internet services dont wok and vdeos dnt get played. The first time i visited your service center in city court gurgaon they formated my phone with out even asking me that do i have a data back up or not due to which i lost my 1600 contacts including the number of my clients, The problem was srted out that time but after two days my net services again stopped they asked me to submit the phone for seven days. I had seenn number of customers there in the outlet complaining that blackberry jus takes phones for repait giving a marginn of fifteen days and it goes to a month without providing standby. This is disgusting i mean do u make the consumers feel that they have commited a mistake taking your phone.i have never seen such bad service anywhere.the bluetooth of my phone even doesnt work.i didnt submit my phone because i knew they willtemporary sort out the problem and again i will have to come after a week with some other problem.kindly provide me the solution
