COMPLAINT OF BLACK BERRY HANDSET MODEL NO.8520 PRD 22578-119, BBMP0013

I purchased blackberry handset model no.8520 from M/S PUSHPA ENTERPRISES SHOP NO.3, D.BLOCK NAGAR NIGAM MARKET, KAVI NAAR, GHAZIABAD (U.P.)

INVOICE NO.300922289 on 22/04.Around 10 days before while talking on my mobile its screen suddenly became blank.i gave it to your authorised service centre

M/S SAI COMMUNICATIONS, G.T.ROAD, GHAZIABAD for repairing.they sent it to DELHI SERVICE CENTER and to my surprise they told me that screen display is broken and total service charges will be around Rs.5900/ despite the phone being still in the warranty period.

my handset should be repaired free of cost as my handset is still the warranty period and no external damages were done.

hoping for an early action as soon as possible.
