Defective Handset

To whomsoever it may concern. I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Blackberry Torch 9810 on March 18, from Novelty Communications, K-1/38, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi 110019. The Handset IMEI Number is: 357694041833509.

Since the day I bought it, it has been slow, and used to hang now and then. Upon taking it to the dealer tocheck, they told me that I use it for a week and that the problem is not new, i should use it for another week and come back if it is still not functioning well. Finally today, it stopped working and my screen went white with an error message on top: "JVM Error 528". Now this very obvious that this is not due to manhandling the handset. This is clearly a software issue. I therefore request your help to have the necesary action taken against this company.
