I have bought Blackberry-Javelin 8900 four months back and since two months there is no function happening in the handset, no keys are working. I have contacted many times in Blackberry Service Centre at Okhla, New Delhi, they gave a very bad response and instead of providing solution asked us to route through Consumer Forum.
I want its replacement or my money back.
