Cheatiing in services in mobile handset

i have purchaed my blackbery handset 8520 curve model before 2 and half months. there is a problem started in battry 1st of july and i have submitted my batery for replacement at 11 july. As per blackberry guidelines there is a customer problem solve in 5-7 days eithor there is a repair or replacement.

but today is 20 days completed but there is no resolve my complaint. i have called many times in janakpuri blackbeery sevice station but no one is picking my call and after that i have called to blackbery manager Mr Parveen kumar but he is not picking my phone.

due to this i am suffering very much and i have lost big business deal of lacs.

so i want justice.
