Replacement Request

I bought the Blackberry Storm on 17-Dec from Global Access Retail Private limited, MTK Reddy Complex, Ring Road Junction, Marathalli, Bangalore 560037.

Now, I find that there is dust inside the screen, even if it is kept in the pouch given with the Handheld.

The Handheld hangs and runs very slow. Battery Back-up is very poor.

I wrote e-mail to them - but of no use!
