On 4th march 11 I was supplied Blackberry Mobile Phone under combo offer for Rs.11, 000/- Within a fortnight all the Icons disappeared and the phone could not be used. In this regard I had to call the different personals about 50 times and then in the month of August I was made available the Bill for the product. To my utter surprise the local service refused to service the phone. After several attempts I could contact Mr. Raj Malhotra. He advised me to return the defective article for exchange. The phone was delivered to Some one Mr. Amit phone no.32600582 at DTBC on instructions from Mr. Raj Malhotra where as the consignment was sent to its Cannaught Place address on 12.9.11. On enquiry on 17th I was informed by the staff of the company that the article is not traceable in office record. I was assured by Mr. Raj Malhotra that I will get the new phone by 12th Sept., But till today I have not heard any thing from the company. I request Mr. Raj Malhotra to honour his commitments. I have already sufferred lot of harrasment in this regard and the company should redress the grievences timely rather than testing the patience of the client. I hope Mr Raj Malhotra will takeup the matter on priority personally and expect call from him. Here I am sorry to say that atleast 100 times i had to make calls to the company. the level of sufferings strain and telephone call bill can be imagined.
