Misbehaviour of service center and lack of responsibility shown to its custome

I the owner of blackberry 9300 which i purchased on 11 june. And i'm really fed up from the blackberry service center. I sumbitted my phone to service center named&-quot;Khurana Brothers address: UG7D, Jaina TowerI, satyam district center, janakpuri" by an agency named"V-care" which had sumbitted my phone there on 17th of august nd the job sheet no. Is"Nkp/bb/11/01230" nd from then my phone is not repaired nd they are saying that your phone is sent to its main service center which is in Gurgaon. Everyday i call there to ask about the phone status they say your phone will reach us this evening and you can collect it from us. The next day morning i ask they again repeated that same dialog. And they are continuing it from past 15 days. The problem was that the trackpad of the phone was not working. Now i think they are using my phone or something..and just delaying it again and again..now i need a same phone with sealed pack from the company itself as they are not returning my newly bought phone or i need within 1 day from now and also the service center members are talking as if im asking there phone to give to me.. Please take neccessary step as urgently as possible...
