Buying products from blackbery has become a pain these days. I bought my handset on 19th November. after 14 days there was this (jum error) error on the screen of my phone and it went blank. i went to the registered blackberry service centre in okhla and got it repaired, as they told me its a small software issue, agin after 10 day the same error occured and they again repaired it. It repeated again after 15 days same error, this time i wanted a replacement, they assured me replacement but again repaired it and gave it to me after 15 days. Now again after 10 days the same error has occurred, i have the given the phone back in blackberry center, and this this for sure i need a replacement but they are not ready to give. This is the worst after sale service i have ever come across. its just been 3 months i have purchased the phone and already i have given the phone 4 times in blackberry center. Now i don't want it repaired as i know this problem will occur again in 10 days. You have to consider my case and give me a replacement for my phone.
