Warranty Claim Process being abused

My phone which was handed over to Redington Service Center, Okhla on the 4th of December has still not been returned to me. It has been kept for so long that now the warranty period has expired. The service center has also made false claims that there is water seepage. On further inspection they said it was sweat. It wasn't like i took a bucket of sweat and dipped my phone it it. On researching further i found another 3 individuals who had submitted there phone to the same service center who also reported the very same experience.
