No replacement for the defective blackberry

I bought a new blackberry cellphone 9360 from planet M on 7th jan after 2 week my cellphone get totally switched off n its stopped working I went to blackberry service center for the replacement which is in thane eternity mall they said they cant replace it bec. Of software issue..I said kkk no prob. After 1 week again the same problem again I went their n I told them for the replacement finally they agreed to it..they said it wil take 2 days I called them up aftr 2 days again they said it will take 2-3 days like that they took 1 month for the replacement when I reached ther they said I M sorry we haven't got any approval for the replacement. Company is rejecting the request they promised me that they will replace my blackberry but didn't do it..after that they said sir only the cellphone will replace by the company n we will provide u the new cellphone I said kkk no prob. After 10 days they r saying sir we have repaired ur blackberry we cant replace it this is how they behave n handle the customer first they r lieing n 2nd is if they cant do anything then yyy they r promising... even planet m also saying we cant help u..how can they say like that.
