To whom so ever is concern i vipul mehta had purchased Blackberry sprint 8830 instrument on 11/12 through Naaptol India Ltd. my order no was 1062992.i am using this instruments since one month but i found several problem with the instruments like it is hang while operating, battery is not charged & the instument is close down all of the sudden. i already discuss customer care department so many time but they are unable to solved my problem.my complain no.4223529. so it is my humble request that kindly replace this instrument as early as possible.

we have send the instrument back to Blackberry Mumbai office dated on 17/01 as per the instruction of customer care services.

The POD no is 13092386812.

I havent get instrument back from them . i am not at all happy with the services of them & they are not replying properlly on the same.
