Phone Hangs and No response from Service Cente

I bought a Blackberry Storm 2 smartphone in April Last year. Soon after the purchase the handset started giving troubles like erratic functioning and hanging. I complained at blackberry complaint number and was told to take my set to a service center located at vikas marg. They told its a software issue and would redo my software. They returned my phone back in a days time without doing anything as the data in it was intact. On complaining again I was given an option to take my phone to another service center at Noida sector 18. They sent my phone to bangalore stating it has both software and hardware related issues. The phone was gone almost for ten days. On receiving the phone back it was still having same problems. I approached senior officers of Redington as informed by the call center for redressal on December 28 but till date no one has responded despite my regular follow up. It is rediculous service. I requested for change in handset or refund of my money as my warranty will lapse in April this year and they will turn a deaf ear afterwards.
