Black berry storm 9530
Defective phone under warranty, request for replacement

Sir, i have taken black berry 9530, in feb at hyderabad, in feb & march months, i have visited service center hyderabad for service, again, the cell phone is not working in the month of september, and handedover at the service center, all stages, the service engineers says that device will be replaced, so you have to wait so more time. i have waited three weeks time, now they are saying that, device will be repaired, waiting for the part, after repair, they will send to the customer, my plea is, it is defective cell phone, it is comes under warranty, replace the device.

it is fault of the company, it not fault of the customer, as long as it is comes under warranty, the company has to replaced to the customer, onece it is defactive, it will be defactive forever, so, the has to replace the device to the customer.
