Battery drain shutting down

Dear Sir,

We purchased a BlackBerry Storm 9530 mobile on 27th June through Naaptol, Mumbai. Our Order no. is 1954319. On delivery I’m facing problem with battery drain shutting down handheld. How to solve my problem plz do it n mail to my id.

This has been the most unsatisfactory and a torturous experience with the 1st relationship that we have had with the Naaptol family.
