Not getting charged

I got purchased blackbeery handset ordered thru rediddsonline shopping and was supplied by the Total ECommerce Solutions Pvt Ltd., Mumbai vide In ID17612085. After opening of the parcel and the mobile was set for charging. But it is at all responding. I requested them for replacement. The reply is awaited.
