Blackberry Strom 9500
Hand set not working

Hi

My name is Vijay Sachdeva from India.

I had bought Blackbeery Strom 9500 in June'09 and using Vodafone services. In the month of Aug'09 faced problem in the handset and given Vodafone store for repair under warranty and got back after more than one month. Set was not treated properly in Service Centre and its screen has lot of scratches and hand set was looking that its very old. Again registered my complaint with Vodafone to replace my screen as its their fault. After lot of correspondence finally got an approavl to replace the screen free of cost in Jan'10. Again given the set for replacement of screen and got back the set after one month. When I got back my set then its Red Button was not working properly then again registered my copmplaint and requested to Vodafone that there is some technical / software problem in my phone so its better to replace the set. Vodafone asked me to give the set once again and will get it repaired again and in futre if I will face the problem then they will

replace the hand set. Again third time given the set in March'10 and after 20-22 days I got the message from Vodafone that I was right that there is some problem with my set so they had provide me new hand set in the month of April'10.

Why I have told you the complete histroy because since June'09 to April'10 (when I got the new set) in 10 months my set was with Vodafone or Service Centre approximate two and half month and faced lot of problems that is seperate. When I got the new hand set I had requested to increase my Warranty period for the two and half month as I have not used it and it was with Service Centre but Vodafone did not accept my request and told that Warranty period will be till June'10 only. Now the issue is I am facing major problem with my new hand set since last 10 days as its Red Button is not working and its screen is behaving wrongly means I want to open some thing and its open some thing more over set gets switched off automatically.

As per Vodafone Warranty has expired in June'10 but if we see this is new hand set which I have got in April'10, now I want support how to proceed further as if so much costlier phone's performance is so poor. I know the quality of Blackberry as its International Brand and if this is the quality then I am sorry to say that trust on Blackberry will be shaky for me for future instruments.

My submission is please advised me how I get the support in this as I am using Blackberry services since long and valuable customer of yours.
