Frequent random restarts in blackberry 8220

Dear Officer,

I bought a ''Blackberry pearl flip 8220'' on 1-02, and since i bought this phone i have regular and constant working problems and various issues with this set. These are the problem i had with the phone with the dates i handed them to the customer care ''vodafone store gaurav tower jaipur'''

low battery backup, wifi connectivity problem.

(recommended to change handset and got a new set)

3.Frequent random restarts; phone restarts anytime. 3114 17-08 Ask to change the handset and replace the battery, but got

that handset again with the same battery.

I got the handset again and still having the problems i

mentioned above of ''frequent random restarts''.

So officer take a look at the problems i mentioned above and if i dont get a satisfactory reply in a week, I'll be force to lodge a complaint against u guys in the ''Consumer Court''.
