Naaptol.com supllying outdated phone with brand new tags

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought Blackberry Storm 9530 From Naaptol.com last week, I asked in my querries about the phone they told its a brand new phone with all the standard features as it mentioned with model specification, I got the phone on COD basis and paid all the amount as mentioned on their bill, they also comitted about service support, now the handset which is provided by the naaptol.com is an outdated handset with not supporting service in india, I checked with some of the people who dealt into the same field told me this is an refurbished phone, which will not support in India, I hardly used phone for 2 days and i am not able to use its features as well the main USP of blackberry, Naaptol.com people also not taking any responsibility, please help.

My advice is Govt should not give permission to online business companies if they dont have local offices assessable to the customer & complaints, its a kind of cheating with country & people of India.

your strong step will stop these people to fool others.
