Faulty hanset, Blue tooth is not functional and Memory card slot is broken

Product recd on 06.08.2010 vide order no. 563136 but Receiver of hanset is become faulty on 15.09.2010 & Blue tooth is not functional and Memory card slot is broken since received. I have sent the hand set with all accessories to Aditya infotech, Haridas Market, Bank street, Koti, Hyderabad (A.P) on 29.10.2010 that was recd to naaptol on 02.102010 .Later-on, I was told by person on customer care no. 09223516148 that your handset is not repairable and that is under replacement & will reach to you shortly. My handset was recived back to me on 20.12.2010 but on powering Blackcherry BL 9000 handset, it is noticed that same faulty set is returned back to me without any repair / replacement. Now on contacting customer care no.09223516148, call is not connecting as i am trying for last 20days i.e cc is unresponsive. Now i am puzzeled with this product and i want to surrender the product immediately. Pl refund my money Rs. 3999/=, i am sending back the product within couple of days.
