No service support in entire north karnataka

I have purchased Blackberry 8330 cdma 2 yrs back. From last few days, the track ball of the handset was not working properly so i tried to find out the Blackbery service centre in hubli. after getting the address from the internet, i tried to approach the service centre but was shocked to know that the service centre has been closed down. Now i am in a fix as there is no service centre of Blackberry in entire north karnataka.

This is a very poor response from blackberry as there are approx. 15 handsets in our office itself and after finding that there is no service centre, everyone is planning to sell off the blackberry handsets.

If the company does not have after sales support, then they dont have any right to sell the handsets.

I want the blackberry to handle my case on emergency basis.
