Roti Maker from Indiatimes

I booked order through phone for Roti Maker combo for Rs 2298, after viewing the ad in the timesofinda newspaper in April last week. I also made my payment with the Credit card and it was approved. I received a call from the Indiatimes team stating that they have booked the order wrongly as COD and then generated new order number for the CC payment. However, they did mention that you will receive two products and reject the one which is COD and accept the CC.

I did receive my product, however it was damage condition and called the indiatimes for the replacement of the product, The courier person did collect the product on shipped back to Indiatimes on May 2. From then on repeatedly giving call to indiatimes team, I mentioned them to provide me an update and they are not able to provide. The courier service Frist flight does not have any information about the product. The current order for the reshipment of the product is 3001117636 and shipped on May 10.

Today it is 21st and yet to receive the product, there is no tracking information the courier website. Also had a very bad experience with the first flight courier that they have not shipped my 3 products to the address.

I would suggest everyone do not buy any product from Indiatimes if you buy then do not go replacement as your product and money will be lost.
