Defective stet and harrassment from shop

I have bought one mobile handset of Bling Qpad from Anandamela, Gariahat, Kolkata on 6th August. After finding it defective I returned it to them next day itself for replacement. But they kept it with them and given back after another day telling that they changed battery to solve the problem. But again I found it to be not functioning properly and went to them but they refused to do anything and adviced me to go to service centre at ACCEL FRONTLINE (Lower Rodden st, kolkata) Service centre kept it for more than two months and returned it after issuing DOA certificate and instructed to go Anandamela for replacement. I am visiting Anandamela then onwards regularly but no replacement was made.
