Poor quality of burners, knobs

Blow Hot is an Indore based company, selling gas stoves. I bought a 3 burner stove from their counter in the Trade Show at Hubbi from a dealer: Shiva D Marketing, No.19/A, Sirupark, Near Vidyanagar, Hubli. They came and installed it vide their bill no.6 dated 30/10. The second day the one of the knobs got broken, one of the burners turned black. We have been complaining to the sales people Mr Shivu on his Mobile 09845027415, and even reached his shop at the address given on the bill, which turned to be a fake address (No such person or firm in that address). It is a residential house. When I called him on his mobile from this spot, he diverted me and made me to roam around the area for two hours and later on didn't pick the phone. When contacted over phone several times, he replied only few calls and assured to visit and get it repaired. He didn't kept his promise. We told him the problem, he said we'll repair and replace the knob/burner. We even theartened to complaint to Consumer forum. He didn't bothered. Even day before yesterday i.e., on 27/12, we spoke to him on his mobile, sometimes he was rude and even scold us. He assured to attend the complaint immediately. But all efforts were futile, now he doesn't even pick up our phones.

I suggest nobody should fall flat for the extremely good looking burners, as they are of extremely bad quality!
