Purchased samsung acaw122zb 1ton from vijay sales on 19 jul.

since the very first night the a/c is making a very loud piercing noise due to which we are forced to switch off the a/c.the engineer was called and it was rectified at least 5 times. now again it is giving the same problem and now the engineer says the ac has to be taken to the workshop for repairing.since the compressor tray is broken.

unable to understand when the company has delivered a faulty a/c with broken parts why is it sending for repairs instead of replacing the a/c when it is still in warranty period. Ensure speedy action action taken.hope i have not made a mistake by buying a samsumg product bcoz ur technicians on line who spoke to me today says i

have only called 5times to complain.
