BURNT COMPRESSOR UNDER WARRANTY NOT REPLACED

Sir i am a customer of BLUE STAR and purchased a Window AC 1.5 ton in july though it is out of warranty now but its compressor comes with a warranty of 5 years. my Ac's compressor has stopped working and so i approached local service center and they told me to call customer care center @ tool free number.

i booked a complaint on 10th of may and they assured me that problem will be resolved within 4 days, but all in vein, m still sitting in this scorching heat waiting my AC to get repaired. this thing i never expected from a company like blue star. i kept on calling them again and again but nothing happened much.

so after being harassed so much i would officially like to book a complaint with you to kindly help me in this matter and contact BLUE star for such negligence on their part.
