Hi.. Am ganesh.. My AC which was bought in may stopped working within a month of purchase, I gave a complaint and after checking they told that the compressor is not working and they took the ac outdoor unit. While taking i was told that it will be brought back within 3 days and its more than 10 days now and they have not informed about the status of my ac too. I called customer care for the past 5 days and they are telling i will be getting a cal within 2 hrs everyday but till now i have not got a single call. Its really irresponsible of samsung to behave in such a manner!
