Wet& water problem in vegetable basket

I bought my refregerator model no - RT32CDUX1/XTL ON DATED 04/04/12011 . it is not working well the wet & water problem in its vegetable basket make the vegetables putrefied... we have lodged the complaint several times to local samsung customer care centre but they dint responded.so kindly please make into consideration urgently.
