Breaking in woofer Voice

Dear sir

I Vijay Sanghvi has Purchased a Samsung LED 40” on 09.11.2009. After 18 Month in May there is a problem in the Woofer of LED. In Woofer Voice is Breaking, we had given complaint to Customer Sercvice Centre and they sent the fellow Next day for attending the complaint. The complaint was of the breaking voice in woofer. The fellow note down the complaint and said the Same will be repaired within 2 days and for this they will charge Rs 1100 for Labour Charges Plus Woofer Charge Rs 1500 Approx. I was told that the Samsung products are good in quality.

I feel Shocked that such a big company is providing bad Products. I think that we were given Inferior quality product. The services of Samsung was not customer focused, it was only Money oriented. They are unable to maintain there exclusivity. The objective was to Earn Money from there client and not to provide quality Product to the customer. This type of Services shows the bad scenario of Samsung Company and the same is been Existing in the Indian Market.

It was very bad experience by Purchasing Samsung Product. i Will inform my all the friends and Whole Metal Market & the Diamond Market that such a bad facilities and product was provided to us after purchasing the Products of Samsung.

I have done mistake of Purchasing a LCD -2 Pcs, Freeze -1 pc, LED -1 pc, OVEN -1pc of Samsung. Now in future i will be blacklist this Compnay and sugest other people to buy the Products of another Company.

I feel ashamed that such a big company is doing like this not giving quality product.

If you feel ashamed than come and solve my problem of LED without any cost...

Please take necessary action to solve the problem.
