Tampering with company's seal

I have purchased Samsung mobile from a shop named ARIHANT MOBILE GALLERY.

After purchase I found that the shop keeper has tampered with the company’s seal and it is used mobile. On inquiry the seller takes the shelter that it’s the custom of that area to sell mobile as they sell it.
