Software limitation

Dear sir,

My name is Vimal Gandhi belong to Navsari city and Gujarat

state. I am using samsung chat c3222. I am feeling inconvenient

to send bulk text messages or more that 2 sms at once. I have already updated my phone software at Samsung service center but this problem an't be solved by any one. This phone

software automatically stops sending sms when operator generated flash

messages of Rs.0.00 comes on the screen. This happens in following

operators services: idea cellular, uninor mobile services, videocon

mobile services.

For example if i have 1000 free local or nation messages

and i am sending 15 sms at once, then flash message of deduction of

Rs. 0.00 will come on screen. I would have to exit this flash message.

After exiting this flash message, software tries to send second

message.

Then flash message of deduction of Rs. 0.00 comes on screen again. The

third messgae does not sent by software untill the flash message of

Rs. 0.00 will not be at exit.

This type of problem are also faced by my three friends who

uses Samsung mobile in the range of Rs.2500 to 5000 and i have

observed in all the Samsung phones ranging between Rs.2500 to 5000.

While in nokia dual sim there is no such problem with flash messages.

I am sure that it is a problem of software development

which is inconvinient to all samsung users.

You are requested to check this error of the software in

all Samsung phone to cover young generation customers who uses bulk

messages in competition with Nokia.
