BOOKSTODAY, ORDER NO-440012547 DATED-31/10/2009
ORDER NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE

I did not receive my order no- 440012547 dated 31/10 for a Digital Camera from India Today Book Club, promoted by the INDIA TODAY magazine. For the last 5 months, I am constantly writing mail to them at order@indiatodaybookclub.com and also talking to their representative on Phone no- 011-40502424, but, in vain. Each time, I am just getting the false assurance that it will be sent within 7 to 10 days. Apart from the said Digital Camera, I was also supposed to get a FREE Holiday tour package for my family.

I had paid the required amount in FULL through my credit card and the full amount was instantly debited from my bank account. Please help.
