System Not Working

I have purchased a 2.1 computer speaker from Bose India Store in 30 C Chowringhee Road (Ph No: 033-22277508) on 7th May'11.The system is not working properly, Some unexpected sounds are coming from the system when I am switching it on. I have spoken to the concerned service centre but they are not ready to sent any techinisian to my home to solve the problem They are saying that I have to carry the set as per thei convenience to the service centre & after few days when they wil repair the same I have to go & collect the set. It is not possible for me to go in week days since I have my office & they are not open on sunday.

Hence request you to take necessary steps so that they send their technician at my residence to solve my problem.
