please check this letter which i send so many to Divbhasker, Naaptol's CEO, Customer care. but after a long time they are not giving me at least 1 reply or call. so you please chekck this thing i already give u my cell no. so u can cal me any time and i hop u take some good action for me.

SUB: Replacement for my mobile Boss e phone 3300

As par talk with your Customer Care person i send you my invoice of Boss ephone 3300 . There is much problem in my phone from last 1 month actually there are not working their Charger, Data Cable and when i call customer care they told me that they are not give the guaranty or warranty about Charger, Data cable etc. but still my mobile is not working properly the problem is when i call someone or when some call on my cell phone the mobile was hangout and also its going to switch off automatically and from last 2 days my mobile is totally off.

I humbly request to you sir/madam please replace me the cellphone as soon as possible because there are some data in my mobile which i need. I hop your understand my problem.
