Faulty, horrible

I purchased samsung make chat 3222 mobile a couple of months ago. problem was right from day one. the caller’s voice was not clear and call used to drop very frequently. the line too got disconnected on its own. i took the set to service centre twice and inspite of them retaining the handset for two days each, the problem is still persisting. i am at my wits end. i warn all the prospective buyer of samsung phone to not even think of purchasing a samsung product as the entire money will go down the drain.
