I had registered a complaint on September 24th, 2010 with the Authorised Service Centre" Prompt Service" at Jagathy, Thiriuvananthapuram . A service technician identified the problem as " IC" failure. The part was unavailable from BPL, as he reported.
Repeated attempts by phone produced no results and they don't even respond to the phone call. This is highly embarrassing for a BPL company to have such service centres that could eclipse the image of a well known company like the BPL.

I request that the service centre may be called upon by the BPL Company to rectify the defect immediately since I have been put to a lot of hardships for missing TV Programmes for one month now. My Fridge is also a BPL Model.
