BPL EMERGENCY LIGHTS
WORST SERVICE OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS

I' m a dealer of bpl emergency lights and selling about 300 pcs per month but i'm having lots of problem regarding service. From the past 45 days i'm having service problem with atleast 25pcs of light. As a wholeseller i'm having lots of problem. When i ask the service centre about service every time i get the same reply from the past 45 days i.e no battery sir. Can i know how many days it takes to reach a product from one city to another in India. This is simply making a dealer fool, and for bpl company's service fault i'm becoming answerable to my clients. Please help me get the service as all the lights are under guarantee period.
