After sales service

I have purchased a TV set of BPL limited from authorised dealer of the said company on 01.01.2003.Some problem is developed in my TV set in the month of August. I immediatly reported the problem to Service Station of BPL Limited located in Nagpur (Maharashtra) in the month of August and requested for the service. From then I frequently made a telephone call and requested for the service. They made promises but till today they never attend the complaint. Kindly help me.
