Spinner wash plate not working

Stationed at gulbarga city. 5 yrs old washing bpl bs 65 washing machine. since two months washer plate not rotating . pulsater not working . contacted bpl service center at gulbarga .they are not helping as the spare part not available with them, n they r not bothered to get it from bangalore. sanju, whose cell no is 9036252634. working in gulbarga service center refused to give his own office phone no. or bangalore service center no. so is the service. even while speaking he cut the phone mannerless service personnel he is .for petty reason machine is not working pl help me
