Bluetooth an other problems

I purchased Samsung SGH-D820 mobile set from "TV PLACE" SERAMPORE _712201 PHone no 26521477 on 15/05/06.

After 2 month i am faceing some problem in my set. The set is under warranty period. I had submitted my set in tv place for repair. He took to customer care, handed to me after 12 days, again after 3 days some problem rise in bluetooth device. Again i took to tv place for repair, again he took to customer care, handed to me after 10 days (10-09). Today is 13-09 again i am faceing same problem.
