BPL-Washing machine
Poor service

Dear Sir,

I am an owner of a washing machine. I called the BPL authorised customer care center at Carmel care centre, XL/741, 742 Hospital Road, Iyyattil Jn, Ernakulam, Kochi-682011 on 11th Jan and i was promised that their mechanic will come in 2 days. On 13th when i called again, i was told they will send on 14th Jan or latest by 15th Jan. On 15th morning when i called i was told that definitely they will come before noon and after that they refused to even respond to the phone calls. The woman answering the phone was also speaking in a rude manner whenever we called.

I regret to note that you have such disgraceful service agents here in Kochi which has spoilt the reputation of your Company. We are wondering whether to go in for any of your products if your after sales service is like this.

Kindly let us know of any reliable service center in Kochi.
