Brand New AC not working

Hello,

I bought a brand new AC Twin motor from Rhythm House, Sec 18, Noida on 14th April and did not use it.

I was given a demo at my house and I together with the engineer detected that that AC is not working properly.

I mentioned the same in the form given to me by the engineer 1 week before. 3 supervisor viisted the home, see the problem and say that You will get replacement but, no action has been taken by the company till date

I need a replacement of the AC as it has not been operated once.
