Bride 14 pcs Non-stick cook ware set
Defected items supplied

Dear Sir,

As per an advertisement published in Times of India, on 25.05. I placed an order for Bride 14 Pcs non stick cookware set on 25.05.2012. My order No. was 3001144868 dated 25, 05.2012.

On 30.05.12, I received the consignment vide invoice No. A2Z/0723/12-13 dated 25.05.12 with suppliers reference No.2469455. I released my consignment from the courier by paying him a sum of Rs.2748/-(Rs.2499/- Cost of the items and Rs.249/- freight charge). When I opened the consignment, I found that all the three sauce pots of 20 cm, 22 cm and 24 cm are defective and their lids supplied do not match with the pots. Then and there booked my complaint over phone vide complaint No.248893. I have been assured that the defective items will be replaced within three working days. To my great dismay though 20 days have elapsed since I booked my complaint nothing have so far been done. Every Time I enquire about the replacement of the defective they only say that it will be done within 3 working days. It appears that the suppliers are just lagging and buying time and they do not have any intention to change the defective items.

I will request your good self to take a serious action on it and prevent such fraudulent offers and save many people who fall prey of it.
