Continous problem with product

I had purchase a sansui tv sds-215bb sr no. 211011010288404462 from one of the out let on 29th nov.
from jan i am facing a problem regarding quality of picture till today.
company had send persons more then four times but there isnt any solution for my problem.
the product is in warranty today but it will end one day so what option i have to do with company or i have to go consumer court.
