New connection

Myself ajay kumar s/o shri johri kanojia applied a new connection on 6th april and they told me within 15 days somebody come to visit your address but nobody will come. i am receive a letter from bses written 13th april.(with referece to your request our field executive visited your site on 7th april at 2 pm to 5pm for site inspection/collection of necessary.) but i am already submitted all necessary document on 6th april 11:17:18. i went there (bses) they told me executive visit to your address today. but nobody will come. after 2 day i am visited again and same executive visit to your address today. now is my routine every 2-3 days i will go there and answer same. out side the harinagar bses office somebody told me if u pay rs. 1000/- suvidha shulk in a day everything will be complete.

please do something favaourble. or give me advise what will i do should i pay suvidha shulk.
