I purchased the Music System on 6th May But Demo not given yet

I purchased the Music System GNZ 88 D from "Snehanjali" Jogeshwari on 6th May. Delivery of system was done after more than 15 days ie. on 22nd May and since than no one from company has come for giving the Demo. We last complained on phone no. 28231558 and requested for arranging for DEmo. The request Complaint No. for Demo is 2159186. But till date no one has come. Whenever we contact they say we can't send today. Today (7th May) when I called at this no., one mr. Pragadeesh responded who was not at all courteous and responded rudely showing inability to send any one. When asked for contact no. of higher ups to speak he refused to do so saying he doesn't know. Beware of purchasing a SONY product.
