Service Centre not return my phone

I am Kunal Jain and I am from Ludhiana. I purchased a Sony Ericson Xperia X10 in janurary 2011. After 3 month, my phone creates hanging and auro restart problem. i contact Sony Service Centre, They replied "the phone have a problem in motherboard and after 15-20 days u will received ur phone.i agreed and handover my phone to Sony Ericson Service Center, address Harsh Communications, Shop No 10, Minerva Complex, Opp Chawla Ice Cream, Clock Tower. Ludhiana (punjab). Phone 0161-4611522. my job sheet number is 61 dated 29-04.
till date main atleast 20-25 phone kar chuka hu, 10-12 baar visit kar chuka hu, but wo koi positive reply nahi dete, har baar aaj, kal, 2 din baad, next week, or aaj fir se 15 days bol rahe hai. Please sir muje mera phone wapis dilwao. plz help to find mu xperia phone. i face a loss of rupees 25000/- due to not available of my phone.
