Service center misbehaviou

I had been to the sony erison service center in malleshwaram, bangalore as i was not able to read the contacts from the sim, which was my "2 months old w950i " facult.

one of the personnel fromthe service center says that i have to upgrade the software, when i said i am the under warranty period, he says it cannot be serviced because its written on the headset " made in china ".

A man called Ramesh setty comes up, who seemed to be the senior most personnel there, yells at me and says my handsets imei number doesnt come under warranty. there no problem my IMEI number too.

finally he yells at me and says me the go " i ll not service your mobile "..not only me within one hour i saw 3 customer facing the same treatment

is this kind of a service i must expect from a service center.

i ll never purchase any sony ericson product either will i recommend anybody too go for it.
