My name is Ashok kumar sharma. I have purchase a new cell of sony ericsson of model no=W20 ZYLO. Sir from the date of purchase i have submitted my cell phone two time in sony service center which is in nehru place its adderss is G-4, 5, 6 chandra bhawan building no 6768 nehru place ph- 011-30962304. First of all their service is too slow they have return my cell too late in b/w 20 to 25 days.

Now third time there is a minor problem on which they have spend 20 days on it.

Today when I have call there recitalist has pick up the phone she has said me after one week I'll get the status of my wheather it will be in good condition or not. At that time I've a long argument with her after that she had gave me the phone no. of Mr. Sourav=9650566642 She said that he is a manger of sony service center of nehru place.

When I have call Mr. Sourav at that time I was in anger mood He said that the spare parts of that phone is not available from the host, He gave me the no of Mr singh whose phone no is=9958257666.

they have rome me a lot about that minor problem of this phone. After that i have called MR. Singh for a long time he has not pick up the phone from 2:30 to 5 pm. At 5:15 he has picked up the phone when i have remind him about the problem which i"m facing regarding the late reply of the service he said that i should call Mr. saourav back again and ask about the status of the phone i have said that how much money i would spend on the phone call for my phone at that time he said me that i should pich up my phone from there and he will give me address of another service center i said that how many days it will take in roaming me about the phone i said that if this phone is not able to repair so plz exchange my phone to another one because it is in warranty he said that i'll not give any new phone and your phone will be reapir in next 15 days.

I've asked his officce address to go there and to take some strick action about him. He said that i'll not give my officce address to you.

Sir please i'm requesting to you to take some strick action because i'm facing so many problem without my phone.

I'v purchased it on 29 september.

I'v submitted it on 8 march.
